About Us
From the early days, TWS has worked hard to build good customer relations and provide a consistent and reliable service. As a result we continue to enjoy regular and repeat orders in a number of our service divisions.
It is our intention to build on this success and maintain a program of continual improvement across the company, indeed this very process is written into our ISO 9001 accreditation/quality manual. As such, our business practices and the development of our personnel is reviewed and monitored on a regular basis to ensure we maintain these standards and where possible, enhance our customer satisfaction.
To achieve these aims, we have a simple but effective office management system in place to coordinate project administration. In parallel with our administration processes, our workforce is properly trained and duly qualified, for example many of our workforce are holders of:
- All site personnel have CSCS cards.
- MCA boatmaster certification.
- CITB site manager certificates.
- MEWP (scissor lift & cherry picker) certification.
- Confined space awareness
- Crane operators certification
- Slinger/banksman
- First Aid - appointed person.
In short, our site personnel have the training and qualifications necessary to do their work efficiently and safely, wherever that may be.
