TWS have the workshop facilities to be able to cope with everything from small detailed works to large scale heavy engineering. All of the skills and techniques can also be transferred directly to your site where on-site construction is carried out to the same high standards.

TWS repairing a digger boom for Kocurek Excavators Ltd.
The boom was removed by us from the machine, the cracked plating was cut away and new plates and bearing bosses welded in position using a Flux Core MIG Welding process on to Hardox material.

TWS has 3 horizontal and 2 vertical semi-automatic welding machines for the welding of cylindrical items such as pipe fittings, cylinders etc. The picture shows pipe fittings being welded for Crane Fluid Systems of Ipswich, these particular fittings were completed in batches of 10,000 per week.
