Workshop and Facilities
Our workshop facility is primarily involved in fabrication and welding but is also able to offer other engineering services either in-house or via one of our sister companies. From heavy fabrication to batch work or "one-offs" we endeavour to provide an efficient and positive package and our ISO 9001 accreditation ensures that an accurate and quality service is delivered every time.
Our welders are coded to the highest of standards and can work with ferrous and non-ferrous materials in MAG, MMA and TIG disciplines.
We have in house CNC gas profile cutting, plasma cutting, sawing, punching, forming, bending, rolling and machining facilities as well as the opportunity to provide shot blast, hot zinc spray, wet-spray and powder coating services.
With 25Te mobile and 10Te gantry workshop cranes at our disposal, large, heavy or awkward fabrications can be handled with the minimum of effort quickly and safely.
Should you require a complicated new build, a complete refurbishment or a simple repair, our skilled and experienced personnel will ensure an efficient and quality service to best suit your needs.
